The students report that Phase 1 does not really prepare them for Phase 2. Can`t you get rid of all that junk and teach them what they really need to know?

Phase 1 is the 9 week didactic portion of the 68D program. It provides the students with an introduction to the principles of Operating Room (OR) and Central Materiel Services (CMS). It is designed to give the students fundamental knowledge and to teach them the skills that will allow them to progress to Phase 2; the clinical portion of the 68D Program.

Teaching strategies used in Phase 1 include didactic instructions, demonstrations and hands-on practical exercises. Examination (written and practical) based on learning objectives are used as a means to measure the level of student achievement. Phase 2 is the 10 week clinical portion of the 68D program.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
